1. Booking and Cancellation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour time will be non-refundable and will be charged in full.
  • Refusal to sign a waiver prior to your flight will result in a flight cancellation and no refund will be granted.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and confirmation of their booking.

2. No-Show Policy:

  • A no-show without notice will result in a cancellation with no refund granted. 
  • Parties should arrive to their reservation no later than 10 minutes prior to their start time.
  • Parties that show up later than the 10 minute window prior to your reservation start time, may be considered a no-show, with no guarantee of refund depending on scheduling conflicts. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Due to scheduling conflicts, parties that show up at the exact time of their flight may result in an automatic cancellation. A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied.

3. Weather Cancellations:

  • Weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of Fly Yellowstone and/or Fly Yellowstone pilots. 
  • All flights are subject to alternate routing if weather conditions do not permit flights along the published route.
  • If a flight is cancelled due to weather, your reservation will be rescheduled to the next available opening. If a reservation cannot be rescheduled a refund may be requested.
  • If a customer chooses to cancel or reschedule instead of take the offered alternate routing that is equal in duration or value due to weather conditions, that flight/reservation is no longer valid for a refund.

4. Weight Restrictions:

  • Individual weight limit cannot exceed 250lbs/person.
  • Group weight limit cannot exceed 600lbs total.
  • If an individual's weight exceeds maximum allowable limit as above, your flight may be modified or cancelled without a refund.
  • If the total group weight exceeds maximum allowable limit as above, your flight may be modified or cancelled without a refund.

Aircraft have a certified maximum weight limit governed by the FAA. For the safety of our customers and our crews, we will not exceed these limits.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Requests:

  • Request made by the customer due to weather are not valid for a refund.
  • Customer requested reschedules, for any reason, more than 72 hours prior to the reservation are permitted without additional fees once, and will not be valid for a refund after rescheduling. Additional rescheduling will be subject to a $50 fee.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation request made within 72 hours prior to the reservation are not valid for a refund and will be subject to fees as shown below

49 - 72 hours before reservation = $50 fee

25 - 48 hours before reservation = $75 fee

  0 - 24 hours before reservation = $100 fee

6. Cleaning/Damage Charge:

  • All customers are subject to a $150 cleaning fee for any additional required cleaning of aircraft interior.
  • All customers are subject to additional charges due to damage caused by passenger(s) to aircraft or Fly Yellowstone property and equipment. Additional charges will be based on labor for repairs and/or replacement parts with a minimum charge of $250.
  • Damage items that are subject to additional charges include but not limited to:

                   1. Excessive damage to aircraft seats and/or upholstery.

                   2. Excessive damage to aircraft windows.

                   3. Damage to aircraft equipment including headsets.

                   4. Damage or tampering with aircraft safety equipment such as seat-belts, fire                                                                        extinguisher, etc.

  • Individuals will only be charged this fee if crews deem the aircraft is not suitable for comfortable and safe flight, and the aircraft will need to be taken offline for repairs. If charge is made, you will be notified, contacted, and a receipt will be sent after the card saved on file has been successfully charged.

7. Refund Requests

  • Refunds will not and cannot be processed over the phone or in person by a Fly Yellowstone representative.
  • Refunds can only be requested for the whole reservation, and not for individual passengers.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after a valid cancellation is submitted as stated above. Outside of this period, a refund will not be granted.

Failure to comply with any and all of Fly Yellowstone's crew member instructions before, during, or after flight and while on Fly Yellowstone property may result in an immediate cancellation or flight with no refund permitted.


Fly Yellowstone reserves the right to cancel flights for individuals/groups that are deemed unfit to fly.
